01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2223bet ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 2223bet website located at https://2223bet.bet and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

2223bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including during the registration process, before processing any withdrawal, or following any flagged activity on an account. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority.

Where 2223bet has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any funds deposited during the period of underage use may be returned to the originating payment method after investigation. 2223bet takes underage gambling extremely seriously and has a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.

03 Account Registration & Verification

One Account Per Person

04 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

2223bet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 2223bet does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time. As a general reference, the minimum deposit via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) starts from ৳100, and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 2223bet finance team during operating hours. Standard processing times are as follows: mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically dispatched within one to four hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days. Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve months. 2223bet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to accounts that meet this criterion, subject to applicable law. Users will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. If your account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be archived. Funds in dormant accounts remain the property of the user and may be reclaimed by contacting the support team and completing identity verification.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out in this document and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, all bonus funds credited to a 2223bet account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit for each bonus are clearly stated in the relevant promotion details page. One Bonus Per Promotion

Each registered user is entitled to claim each promotional offer a maximum of one time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Promotion Modifications

Prohibited Bonus Strategies

Bonus funds must be used for genuine recreational play. The use of low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies — such as placing opposing bets on the same market using bonus funds — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. 2223bet uses automated monitoring tools to detect anomalous wagering patterns associated with bonus abuse.

07 Betting & Casino Game Rules

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 2223bet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). 2223bet reserves the right to void bets on any market where the integrity of the event is in question, where an error in odds publication is identified, or where the event is abandoned before the required minimum play time has been completed.

In-Play Betting

Disconnection from the platform after a bet has been accepted does not affect the validity of that bet — it will be settled in the normal course once the event concludes.

Casino Game Outcomes

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

Accounts with an active self-exclusion request will be closed in accordance with the self-exclusion terms rather than the standard voluntary closure process.

Suspension and Termination by 2223bet

2223bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the account.

• Identification of the account holder as under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed by 2223bet due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Self-Exclusion

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 2223bet's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 2223bet, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments to These Terms

2223bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Closure requests submitted in this context will be processed on a priority basis with no dormancy fees applied.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or regulatory authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy published on the 2223bet website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2223bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 2223bet operates.
